Being able to customise your kids reward charts is what RewardsChart.com is all about.

You can add an unlimited number of categories, and simply choose which ones apply to which childs reward chart.

If you want to add more categories at any point, just create the new reward chart category, select it for the relevant children and its immediately available on the childs reward chart to use.
